U can do it or not do it and for however long u want I bf my 1st for just over a yr and will do so with all my babies I had alot of issues starting out but 0 regrets about toughing it out even after going back to work full time after 12 weeks. Bfing is not ony made for baby and has antibodies but can change its composition for say night feedings,  its FREE, never recalled, makes babies poop smell way better, less likely to be colicky or and at least for my son only needed to be burped after a bottle, reduces risks of some cancers for u and lo, burns calories while u make baby food without even thinking about it, the boob is always ready to go no bottles to wash or warm up. Theres more reasons but that just off the top of my head. Not everyone can do it but I highly recommend at least trying it out

Yeah even with diet changes she still couldn't process it. Had to be on a special prescription formula that was broken down to animo acid chains.

No. Not colic. Allergy yes bc of what mom was wearing or eating. But normally the milk is non allergenic.

Breastfed babies can still have allergies and colic. My niece was actually allergic TO breast milk.

Breastfeeding is best for you n baby.
Baby wont be allergic or colic (fact)
Baby will bond more with you n its free.
Plus you will lose that extra skin bc it tighten belly.
I wanted to do it for six months as well but (get this) i was too attached n hated fixing bottles.
Plus with formula her breath n spit started smelling bad n her belly always hurt.
I did it for eleven month bc i was having complications with this baby.
I say do it, try it. N see how it feels for you

Breast feeding is great, but there is nothing wrong if you choose not too. Breastfeeding passed antibodies from you onto baby. If you exclusively breast feed though you need to give baby a Vit D supplement since Vit D is not passed through breast milk. Also however long you want to do it is all up to you. Once you start its not like you get locked into a breastfeeding contract. The choice is all yours.

You can do it for as long as you want. I'll only be doing it for the first few weeks for the antibodies for the baby. But my first was formula fed and he turned out perfect. Its all your choice.

Breastfeeding is natural so its very good for your baby. It can be difficult and you can do it for as long as you want. Any amount is a good amount!
