I'm hoping to breastfeed. ^.^ i just want the healthiest baby i can have.
I want to, I'm still undecided as well
I bottle fed my first because I didn't want to breast feed, I tried with my second but she was born at 33+6 weeks and couldn't latch on and also kept falling asleep so I expressed for a month as she was in hospital for a month she had a lot of gastric problems as a baby even when having breast milk and once I put her on formula she got really rashy skin. I will definitely feed this one even if I have to express.
I breastfed and I went to school and worked both full time. I just took a pump with me.
I wont say it makes a better bond but it has more long lasting effects on health like lo having less chance of diabetes and some other diseases decreases risk of some cancers for u, FREE, never recalled, changes with baby even night feedings, poop smells wayyyyy better, never have to wash prepare or warm a bottle if uve got ur boob theres other benefits but I cant remember em all. It can be difficult and painful but if u can learn what the problem is (cuz if ur having pain something isnt being done right) and push thru it its so rewarding I bf a yr even with going back to my 40hr+ job only supplemented once for 10 days when I was on antibiotics n had to pump n dump
I'm definitely going to breastfeed. I did with my first and will with the second. It's great for the baby and you. Decreases you risk of postpartum hemorrhage and causes quicker weight loss. Plus it's better for the baby. They are less fussy, less gassy, and less likely to have gastric issues. Plus it boosts their immune systen. Not to mention it's a great bonding experience once you get past the pain.
Breastfed well still do with my son and i will continue with my second child!!
Breast feeding. Healthier baby.
Less baby being sick. :)
I am going to breastfeed. Its so good for the baby.
I'm determined to breastfeed.
I think I'm going to try. I'm a ftm, and it's gonna be a lot harder if I do tho bc I'm in school full time and will be going back ASAP after having baby. And ik I'd have to pump every two hrs if I can't feed. Which I don't feel like taking all the pumps and all that to school lol. So I'm not sure yet
