help me. light headed:(

So I took a bath today for the first time since I found out I was pregnant. I'm 14 weeks. But when I got up to get out I got really light headed I dried myself off and went to walk when I started seeing black spots and felt like I was going to fall. I played down started to feel better but when I tried to get up again the same thing happened. Help I'm scared something is wrong

Baths are OK during pregnancy, but a hot bath is not. Please only take a warm bath.

I have been drinking cold water. Thank you. But I made myself something to eat and I don't even feel hungry after all that happened. Is that normal too?

It happens to me all the time after a hot bath since being pregnant. I've started taking a cool drink to the tub with me or a cup of ice to chew(I love ice) it helps to stay hydrated and cooled down. Best wishes :-)

Lay down and cool yourself off drunk some cold water, maybe you had the bath a little too hot. If it does not go away within the hour after you are cool and calm go I the ER better safe then sorry

drink lots of water and sit in a cool area, this is just because you had a hot bath and you are overheated.
