miserable
I have a headache that won't let up and Tylenol isn't helping at all :(
All I drink is water lately and it hasn't helped. I've tried taking naps hoping by the time I got up it would be gone but it still hangs around. :( I just had my hubby get me a Pepsi thinking maybe its from caffeine withdrawls because I've had those before.
The on call nurse has had me take Tylenol with caffeine and pretty much drink the same amount in water as caffeine so I don't dehydrate. I actually just did it too. If it doesn't let up then they told me I should call back to get checked out. They also said light headedness comes with the headaches so make sure to watch out for that.
Headaches are usually signs of dehydration trying uping your intake on water it usually takes mines away if u get them constant consult with your doctor
