I'm only 15 w 3d and I'm in pain after working. Im on my feet all day in a hot restaurant. When I got home I've been having cramps and back pain. I know discomfort is normal. But how much pain are you lasts in after working all day? A hot shower didn't even ease the pain.

Your pretty early on but you can always explain to your doctor and he can put you on limited work n if. Your job doesn't allow that like mine your doctor can write you off on disability that's what mine did I was 30 weeks though.

Actually standing for too long and being dehydrated from heat can cause contractions, and if it's bad enough, preterm labor, if it's bad definitely let someone know. Try taking tylenol, a bath, and a heating pad for short times and relaxing.. if it doesn't go away be checked over. If you need to ask for a doctors note for short breaks to sit and rest during work that might help.
