Stay away from caffeine during pregnancy.  It is so so so so bad for you even when you're not pregnant!

Drink it! I have one cup of caffeine a day and they say that's fine :) plus green tea frappucinos are delish :) I like green tea lattes too!

I cut out caffeine completely when I first found out I was pregnant. But my doctor said one caffeine drink a day is ok and my mom and all my friends drank caffeine during pregnancy. I don't have it daily but I get those random frappucino cravings too. Just get a small size or a kid size or even a decaf flavor. I eat very healthy & take my prenatals. I figure a random Starbucks is no worse than someone eating a greasy McDonalds meal ;)
