Caffeine you should limit to 200mg per day, this is about 1-2 cups of coffee (home brewed not starbucks). Keep in mind to also track soda, tea, and chocolate in your caffeine intake. Electrolytes are great! Its difficult to have too many because your body will just waste the excess as urine. Energy drinks are a big no-no but stuff like Gatorade and Powerade is fine.
