is low blood pressure bad?

My blood pressure is on the low side like this morning it was 90/60. Could it be bad for the baby?  Anyone know why it could be so low?

Just ask about it, if it happens too often you will want to call and make an appt to see your Dr do that if something is wrong it doesn't get out of hand. Also don't worry if they ask why you need an immediate appointment and can't wait til the next, just tell them you have some urgent concerns that you need to speak with the Dr about. Its not really any of their business and it isn't their place to say whether you can see the Dr or not.

That sounds more like low blood sugar, you may want to talk to your Dr about it. I get that way as well but I also have a blood sugar condition so when Im pregnant Im required to take my blood sugar 4x daily and make sure all is well.

Ok ja this is my 2nd pregnancy as well and im 22 weeks. But i cant stand for more than a few minutes because i get dizzy.  Like walking around is ok for me but as soon as i have to wait in line for a few minutes and stand still i get really dizzy and weak. Just wondering if that could have something to do with it?

Mine is the same way, last week at the Dr it was 92/64, and it is always somewhere in that general area. Its even been 80/62 before and my Dr never mentions this being an issue, and I have been through 1 full pregnancy and am more than halfway through another now, so I would say you are fine. (:
