too many tums?
I seem to eat tums constantly because of my heartburn. Is there such a thing as eating too many?
yes, actually! just follow the doses recommended on the bottle which are USUALLY 2-4, but no more than X during any 24hr period...(X = depends on if it's extra strength or regular tums).
If you are exceeding this, stop immediately taking too many (stick to the dose on the bottle) and call your doctor because you may need a stronger heartburn medicine.
