Not sure what is going on, advice needed

I posted something on here a few days ago but some things have changed and wanted more advice.  I have very irregular periods but for the last 4 months they were coming between 34-38 days.  This last month I did not have one until around 56 days.  I have now had bleeding on and off for the last 6 days.  Some times it is light pink others it is a darker red.  It has mostly been very light, no tampon needed, however today it is a little darker and heaver, still not enough for a tampon though.  I have been nauseous (thrown up once), dizzy and my lower abdomen as felt very tight for the last 4 days.  The tightness is not like a cramping feeling just a very tight constricted feeling.  I have taken two home preg test and both are neg.  I thought at first I could be pregnant but am not sure now because I am still bleeding.  My periods have always come at different times but have always lasted around 3-4 days and have been heavy so this is not normal... Any Ideas of what this could be?  Could I be pregnant and still be bleeding for 6 day?

Yes, those are all signs of pregnancy. They could be signs of other things, but having them all at once isn't likely. I'm not really sure what it could be? Especially since your cycles aren't typically this long. You can call your Dr. and request a blood test be done and that should pick it up.

Yea.. I have never been pregnant before and have no clue how my body would react.  I have done allot of reading on implantation bleeding and all the info I found said it should only last 3-4 days and be a light pink to brown color.   The first 4 days it was light pink and I only saw it when I wiped.  The last two days it has gotten a little heaver and darker in color, some was on my pants but not a lot,  so I dont know what is going on.. Its just really frustrating.  I am going on my honeymoon on Sat and was hoping to not be bleeding anymore but with the way this things are going I could be.  I will definitely be going to the doc if the bleeding has not stopped by the time I get back. Its not normal to bleed this long is it?  I also feel like I get hot flashes along with the dizziness, motion sickness feeling while in car, stomach tightness, nauseous and I have lost my appetite. Are all those signs too?  I know nothing about being pregnant.

Well, I do not have irregular cycles but you sound just like me with the symptoms!! I have had the same thing, and am 6 dpo today and got a faint positive then it vanished! You could still be early on, as am I, however, am having major symptoms. Our bodies are all different, and we all respond to hormones different. I would say to wait a couple of days and test again. It sounds like maybe you had some implantation bleeding, and even after that can take a week to trigger a positive on a test. Other ladies may know more about implantation bleeding because I've never had it but I have read that it can last as long as a period just way lighter, and thus, why a lot of women never know they're pregnant.
