Welcome to morning sickness. :-) It's no fun. I'm 6 weeks and I upchucked for the first time today. Yeehaw. Lol. I feel tired all the time and I also am super picky about food. All I can say is sip on cool water as much as you can. You don't want to get dehydrated. Also, if anything sounds good, eat it! And eat slowly. Also, if you get sick as soon as you wake up, keep crackers by the bed and munch on them before you even get up. Try to get some rest! Before we know it, it'll be over!
I was quite lucky not to have morning sickness or anything but mention this to ur midwife. Ensure your drinkin plenty and taking prenatal vitamins also. Defo go to midwife tho for more advice x
