Whatever you get just make sure you don't get any pads that have dry weave because it will stick to any stitches.
I bought Kotex ones...they are the best and usually a good price.

They actually have maternity pads. Super long and absorbent. Hosp will give u some after delivery then just ask for some to bring home. They are really the best!

Ive been advised to buy disposable pants for the first few days by my sister in law.... im thinking it might be best to go all out n just get tena pants... they are like discrete sanitary pants that would save me from having to worry about staining my clothes and also capture any urine accidents... what u ladies think?

I used Always maxi pads. They had the wing action going plus the pad is long enough to cover you front and back. You'll be changing often thats for sure so when you buy pads get the biggest value pack you can.

I used the super heavy overnight pads with my 1st. I had heavy bleeding with my first born. With my second I used the regular size regular flow pads. I guess it all depends on you. I use the brand Kotex or always. Something that will stay snug and hug your curves so you want stain your clothes.
