cant sleep
Hi all I'm 13 weeks pregnant and I'm really struggling to sleep at night no matter what position I'm in it feels like I'm over stretching my tummy and it makes me uncomfortable any suggestions ? or any one else get this feeling please help need my sleep at the moment
even if you sleep on a fetal position you still feel like you've overstretching your belly?
If you can't sleep now idk what to tell you. Only gets worse. Trying sleeping in your side with pillow in between legs.
I'm 12w and haven't been able to sleep much either. Every time I stretch my body it seems to hurt my tummy as well. I'm also interested in what everyone else says too
