bad day.
Any ladies have bad days pregnancy wise. This morning my head started hurting really bad and my nausea, which had been gone for about 4 weeks is suddenly at full throttle. I'm die this day will continue to go bad :( oh and I just started getting heartburn for the first time in this pregnancy.
Yeah for headaches sometimes tylenol doesmt always help. It could be from caffine withdrawls. Thats normally what mine are from
Headache -try a little diet coke may work miracles my doctor told me yesterday since Tylenol and water weren't always helpful
Nausea -saltine crackers / ginger ale .. If your on an empty stomach nausea may be worst
