cervical position at 20DPO

ok I really need to be asleep but due to a bad dream I am awake, just out of curiousity, I checked my cervical position and it is really high and hard, I almost hurt my finger trying to touch it lol....but I had yet another BFN today and I am starting to get discouraged my AF was due 2 days ago and she hasn't shown up. Does this mean anything or should I just give up?

well I am really not sure when I ovulate because I don;t have regular cycles, but I woke up this morning with my breast being really sore and I felt really nauseous and all. Last night I had waves of back pain that had me in tears. It was only once and the most pain only happened once where it felt like a burning sensation, I am going to the er today for this pain and I will update once I get some news.

Cervical position changes and is different for everyone. You can usually test positive at about 10dpo and up if you are pregnant. 20dpo is a very long luteal phase (time between ovulation and your period). Most womens' luteal phase is only about 14 days long.

Your cervics should be high after ovulation and be firm as well. I was told your cervics should be high but soft. I know when you read ways dr can tell by looking is if the cervics is soft and enlarged. If you test are still neg maybe you ovulated later than you thought and I would give it a few more days and try testing again if AF doesn't show.
