I'm not sure about all insurances but with my son I got it for free through caresource. Not sure about my insurance now seeing as I have caresource.

I'm in VA and medicaid covered it for my son.

I'm in NJ and I don't know ofany insurances here that don't pay for it. Almost all of them do here.

I don't know of any insurers who still cover it. It's a cosmetic procedure when done just after birth, done for looks and not medical necessity according to insurers so they don't pay towards it. Some still might but I don't know of any.
