i don't know what's wrong!

I am about 5-6 weeks pregnant and for the last four or five days, I have been bleeding kind of heavy and at first I had just minor cramps but today the cramps are really bad. almost equal to menstrual cramps. please tell me what's wrong; I think I'm having a miscarriage.

Well the cramping can come and go, vary in intensity. You should feel pre-menstrual in regards to the cramping. I didn't feel nauseous until I was 10-11 weeks pregnant, but every woman is different.

You're still REALLY early pregnant. Most women feel that crampiness when they miss their period.

A miscarriage is a possibility, but cramping is a normal pregnancy symptom. Some women DO bleed during pregnancy.

Please explain what the blood looks like, if there is any tissue, clots, etc.

I think you should go to the doctor you could be having a miscarriage (i dont want to scare you but its possible if the cramps are bad and heavy bleeding. Go the doc and have them check you out asap
