3D ultrasound... DO I NEED TO HAVE FULL BLADDER?

      DO I NEED A FULL BLADDER? IN THE  EMAIL THEY SENT ME FOR MY APPOINTMENT IT DOESN'T SAY ANYTHING ABOUT A FULL BLADDER IT JUST SAYS TO DRINK A SUGARY DRINK BEFORE                                       "Hi Sarah,
We have confirmed your appointment with Motherhood. Please find the full details of your appointment below.

Please make sure to drink 6 - 8 glasses of water for 3 - 4 days before your appointment to increase the amount of amniotic fluid for better ultrasound quality. Also, please drink a bottle of sugary drink (preferably orange or apple juice) just before arriving for your ultrasound appointment."

And if I were you I'd be bossy about what you want pictures of. Idk if you are paying for yours but my ins. Didn't cover it so it was $100. And I wish I had taken control of it more and been specific about what pics I wanted

I don't think you have to have a full bladder but be sure to increase your water intake like they said. When I went they never told me that and I couldn't see anything. They said I should have drank more water, and I asked why they didn't tell me this before, and they just said "I don't know" I was so mad..

Nope. When I went in for my 3d they made me pee before hand!

Supposedly a full bladder helps you see your baby better & it's good to drink or eat something sugary because it'll hype your baby up

I think you should have a full bladder because when I went for mine in had an empty bladder because i thought because baby is bigger won't need water but the lady explained that the full bladder pushes baby up so it's a lot easier to get clearer pictures and sure enough she was right i rescheduled and had a full bladder and it was so much clearer! The orange juice is to get your little one moving around

No just make sure your hydrated and drink something sugar and hour before I used the bathroom before my appointment I had and empty bladder still came out good pictures of my baby girl

No you don't I got my 3ds unexpectantly I don't think I had a full bladder
