Same thing happened to me last august.. Dr immediately had me go to the hospital to have it removed so I wouldn't have to go thru the whole miscarriage process.. my body didn't know I miscarried.. had no symptoms.. now I am pregnant again, just found out. So I'm hoping I dony have a repeat of last time. Good luck.

Happened to me last May, it was called a missed miscarriage, it's when your baby's heart stops beating but your body does not realize it and still thinks you have a viable pregnancy... Hopefully it is not the same thing but even at 8 weeks your baby should have a heartbeat ... Very sorry..
