You should call your Dr. Or go to the er. It could be nothing but when its lower back pain and your not feeling right its beat to go in. It could be an infection

Ive had back pain since i hit about 17 weeks. My baby is fine. I think u should be fine but if youre really concerned then call your doctor or midwife
