Is this implantation bleeding or am i wrong?

Hiya I am confused if i had an implantation bleeding or something else.. I had my proper period on the 9th march and the last time i had sex was on the 24th march. I then spotted redish/pinkish/brownish blood for 3days started from 2nd - 4th of april then i started bleeding from 5th - 7th but it was not as my usual period it was lighter. i had really bad abdomen pains and felt very emotional kept on crying everyday for no reason. i did a urine test it came out negative. i went to a midwife on 16th of april (last friday) she told me by the sound of my symptoms i must've had an very early miscarriage apparently the implant wernt successful it came out wid the bleeding.. she will do a blood count on me.. but am very curious whats wrong?? plz help xxx

ye thats true.. but what is a missed miscarriage thats what the nurse thinks i went through?

I think that your doctor is going to be the only one (along with the blood test) to tell you what exactly going on with you. It could have just been a whacky period thought too.
