7 weeks preg and bad anxitety attacks
Has anyone during pregnancy had anx. attacks so badly that you couldn't eat, sleep and stop shaking? I'm gonna try to get a hold to my docs office today but they maybe closed due to our reccent evacuation from a hurricane. Does anyone know if anything is safe? I'm very worried that the stress may contribute to my loosing my baby and I'm trying to prevent that. Thank you.
Thank you I called my nurse and she's suppose to talk to my doctor and call me back. I'm sure gonna mention this to her if she doesn't call back with a solution.
only one that is safe to take is called hydroxyzine, i take it this pregnancy because i ahve panic attacks all the time and aggoraphobia, its a sedative and helps ALOT, good luck to you hun and take alot of deep breaths! pm me if you need to.
