I always put lemon in mine and I love room temperature water I cant drink it cold lol
Yes. I also try lemon. But didn't count that as "water" because it's mixed with something not just straight water.
In short, yes it can. I wasnt a water drinker at all before pregnancy and i drink as much as reccomended now. Had to force myself, but it is SO worth it. I didnt realize how nuch better id feel if i was well hydrated. Its essential for the amniotic fluid, and dehydration can cause all sorts of problems including early labor.
Yea I cant drink too much water so I completely understand! A gallon is a bit much especially since I cant keep it down any way.
@MamaMiamas yes I also try to do that. I don't just drink only juice everyday I also drink water just not a gallon a day. If I drink 2 glasses of juice I drink 3 glasses of water.
Tru drinking a cup of water for every cup of juice! I dont drink much water myself because it makes me want to puke if I drink too much it just sits on top of my stomach.
Thank you for your response.
A few weeks ago I had a urinary track infection. I went to the hospital because of painful sharp pains at the bottom of my stomach it pained me to walk I couldn't stand. The doctor said it was because the lack of water. They said the sack your baby is in is mostly water an when that sack gets low on water it can cause contraction an to go into labor while can result in lost of the baby if delivered to early I'm 20 weeks. Now I try to drink more water even though I'm not a water drinking person but I rather have my baby girl alive an healthy. So I put cucumbers or lemon in my water to give a lil flavor to make it easier
I'm not only drinking juice I drink water just not almost a gallon a day. But okay thanks
^^agreed. It can cause alot of issues. Also try using crystal light or something.. they also sell flavored which u may enjoy
You need to drink about a gallon of water a day. Dehydration can cause all sorts of issues for you and baby, including preterm labor.
Only drinking juice is putting too much sugar into your body, which is a whole different set of possible issues.
Add a few slices of citrus fruit or cucumber to your water and drink it ice cold.
