I really HATE the whole "no sushi while pregnant" thing! Women in Japan eat it all through their pregnancy and their children come out PERFECTLY fine and SMARTER! But I understand your worry hun.. since its cooked it should be fine.

I've been eating it cooked just fine. The chefs there won't let you eat anything raw if you're pregnant. Fully cooked fish is ok :)
