2 days of brown vaginal spotting

Could 2 days of brown vaginal spotting be a pregnancy symptom?  Initially I thought that the vaginal spotting is just a sign that i am about to get my period. But on the third day the spotting is gone. I already missed my period two weeks ago. I have had three miscarriages past years and i'm hoping that i am not undergoing one again right now....

This vaginal spotting could may well be implantation bleeding, although of you missed your period two weeks ago it may not be, my best advice would be to take a pregnancy test and better yet visit your doctor for a blood test to be sure. i am sorry to hear about your miscarages and i really hope this is the month for you! sending you lots of baby dust x

I had that when I was pregnant....def go see the doc just to be sure!
