I'm 37 weeks and haven't packed it and I will tomorrow I've been so busy, don't put it off any longer. I'm so paranoid of going into labor soon I need to pack. I think you can put them in their own outfits at the hospital unless they need the baby to be naked for any reason like when they have jaundice and put them under light. I'd pack according to the weather, if it's cold don't forget the beanies, mittens, booties, keep that baby warm c:
Thank you ladies I will start now then and make a list for just in case I remember something I'm missing lol
I didn't pack until last minute because most of the stuff I use regularly. I made a list starting around 34 weeks so it was like a 5 minute packing job.
I have had my sons stuff packed since I got his clothes. But I have started packing my stuff slowly since about 30 weeks and I am now 32 weeks. It's up to the hospital you deliver at, but most hospitals will allow you to put your baby in the clothes you brought. Although I would wait until after they get a bath, because then they are nice and clean for nice clean new clothes. :)
Pack it now.. That way if you think of something else you forgot, you can throw it in the bag.. I did mine at 34 weeks I think.. I'm still thinking of things I need and taking stuff out I don't
As for clothes... At my hospital baby can be dressed after its had its bath and can be dressed in what ever you want ..
I'm 30+1 and have her stuff packed but as for me I won't pack it till the night before my csection because I use most of that stuff on a regular basis basically...
I'm almost 36 weeks I've packed outfits for the baby but otherwise haven't packed my stuff just yet i need to though lmbo
Not sure if its a hospital policy thing on the outfit but im taking our own for her to be in and come home in
