could this be listeriosis or just super bad dehydration?

I've been feeling super sick these past two days and I don't know if its just this Arizona heat that got to me or if its that I have been eating bologna these past few days (uncooked) and I could possibly have been infected with Listeriosis?

I looked up the symtoms and it said (nausea, neck pain, vommiting, etc) I have a lot of those symptoms.

It could be that I'm paranoid or just really dehydrated.

I haven't been able to keep ANYTHING down not even water. The DH bought me pedialight. What should I do? Go to the ER? I also read that listeriosis can cause misscariage, still birth, preterm labor, etc.
I'm pretty scared to be honest.

Can they even find out if its listeriosis at the ER??

I need help ;; pleaseeeee :(
