cramping/pressure
I will be 15 weeks on Thursday and I have the worst pressure kinda cramping on my left lower abdomen is this normal? I have also had a headache for 3 days straight!
Thank you I have a doctors appointment friday it's just this dang headache is killing me...doesn't help I can't find a comfortable sleeping position so I can't sleep at night! :/
You are probably dehydrated.....if your muscles don't get enough water they cramp...especially during pregnancy. Headaches are also a sign of dehydration.....I would up your water intake. Occasional head ache will accident due to blood volume increase for the baby! If you still have the head ache and cramping after upping your water intake the next couple of days you should contact your doctor! Best of luck dear!
