Ultrasound and blood test
About 2 or 3 weeks b4 my ultrasound I had gotten a blood test. The blood test said i was about 6 weeks pregnant/ However when I went for the ultrasound they said i was 11 weeks due on May 29th. So which one is it? Im kind of confused with this. This is my 1st child... and I'd really like to know how far along I am since the baby's father has a brain tumor and we dont know how long he has.. HELP
Go based on the ultrasound. Blood tests do not tell how far along a pregnancy is. They're only useful for determining the viability of a pregnancy when it's too early to do an ultrasound.
Thanks!! He said he doesn't want to be involved because he doesn't have the money to help provide for the child. But I know he'd still be there for the child in other ways, he wouldn't just drop out of his/her life completely. I'm just worried that he isn't going to be here when the baby is.
The ultrasound is more accurate so you're due May 29th. I'm sorry to hear about the babys father I hope he gets to meet your little one.
