Can someone tell me the difference between prementrual cramps and implementation cramps? Does every woman experience implementation cramps?
I didnt feel any cramps this time around. But with my first pregnancy it felt like the worst period I've ever had.

To me, they didn't feel any different. I was prepared for disappointment because I thought my period was about to come. I don't think every woman feels cramping during implantation, just like every woman does not experience spotting. However, there are many pains/cramping you may experience due to your uterus stretching and growing, that can feel very much like menstrual cramps
