dark soda

Do any of you drink dark sodas while being pregnant?

I basically was addicted to caffeine before I got pregnant. But i have cut down so much I have to have a soda a day still or I will have a massive headache and my baby is perfectly fine.

I love drink water I drink cases of water by myself . I can care less for sodas here and there I'll grab a sprite or 7 up but that's like if I'm at a restaurant or my way to work .

I couldnt... it made me sick to my stomach so i drank clear sodas or water

I stopped drinking soda long before I even considered getting pregnant -- wasn't worth the problems it could have on my future health,  let alone my baby

Soda is ok you just need to drink caffine in moderation so i just stick to sprite or 7up

I only drink water, milk, and tea.
But that's just me. Not because of pregnancy I've been doing it for years but I'm glad I'm not a soda drinker now ! I'm sure soda is fine I think some say be careful because of the caffeine. Plus soda is dehydrating so however much soda you drink you need to drink double that in water

Just wondering cause I've been told it's bad for the baby and stuff . I don't drink dark sodas didn't even when I wasn't pregnant I stick to sprite or 7 up just clear soda .

I drink dark when craving it but mostly light color pop or juice

I still drink soda. Dark, light whatever soda I want lol. Just not as much as before I got pregnant. My babies perfectly fine.

Yes maam and the baby is perfectly healthy. Its kinda an old wise tale but hey you do have to watch the amount of caffine in take.

I have a can of coke everyday.
Baby is healthy and growing on track

I have cut back majorly jus because of the effects of caffeine though many people do not and seem to have healthy babies. I have sodas occassionally its your choice really.

I do and have always preferred dark sodas. My son loves them too. :) Good luck and best wishes!
