morning sickness

Hey guys! First time mom here! Im 7 weeks today(yay) and was just wondering how everyone else is dealing with their morning sickness, ive had mine for almost 2 weeks. Today ive felt nauseous most of the day. I havent been out of bed much since we found out :( when i do i get dizzy and shortness of breath.  Anyone else dealing with the dizziness or shortness of breath? Anyone found a way to beat it?

I too had the same... I suffered a lot... Alpakoda is best to stop vomiting... It ll be like dates

I was told to take B6 pills for morning sickness and the dizziness i drank like 3 gals of wAter and that helped
