INFO NEEDED PLEASE.... What to expect @ 5 week 2 day ultrasound

Today at noon i'm going in for my first ultrasound at 5 weeks 2 days pregnant, I was wondering what should I expect to see so I don't freak out if there isn't something there that I think should be. Thanks :)

Thank you ladies, unfortunately I was 1 day short of the term you can get an early ultrasound :/ so we rescheduled for this Thursday when i'll be 6 weeks :)

It's more accurate dating, viability, etc, earlier on. She has also had a previous miscarriage.

Hi, is there a particular reason why ur gttn an ultrasound so early on in your pregnancy?

There really isn't going to be much, so don't stress at all, and no heartbeat yet!

You'll prob only be able to see the sac n maybe a grain of rice!! Normally won't see the heart beating until closer to 6 wks, so don't worry if u don't see it yet! It won't really look like a baby yet hun! ;-)
