Markitadragoon, I need your help please.
I don't know if you remember me or not but I had a post on here where I said I had just come off bcp June 4th. Well it's July 2nd and I still have had no cycle. I have had plenty of days within the passed two weeks where I have been cramping just like af is coming and NOTHING. Today is one of those days too. I feel awful like af is here but it's just so weird. Now, can you tell me what you went through after coming off bcp's because this is driving me nuts. I have taken 2 hpt and they were negative. The last one was last Tuesday. Help me please!! Thanks hun.

Deep Vein Thrombosis Or Blood clot. most commonly in the legs. I had some pain in my right calf muscle, and it was tender to touch. I hadn't been excercising or anything so I thought that I'd go get it checked out.
my mom had one about 10yrs ago, went in for a Doppler (u/s scan of the leg) and was sent home.. then a while later they called and told her to get to the hospital ASAP because she HAD a clot that could break free and kill her any moment.
I don't know if your a christian or any other faith, but
After she'd been in treatment for it for a few weeks, my aunt had a dream of a river of blood with a clot busting up. Then they checked my mom's leg and couldn't find even where the clot had been! There is ALWAYS residue on the vein walls from a blood clot, even years afterward, and they couldn't find ANYTHING. So we belive god healed her.
So Knowing how serious it is and that pregnant women are more susceptible to DVT's, and that I had unexplained calf pain, I went to the er and the doc. did a Doppler test to be sure. It was negative so all is alright but he said it was a good Idea that I came in. I didn't get home until about 4:45am today.

It's alright. Srry I took so long to respond. if you saw my DVT post I went to the ER last night. All turned out well but I didn't get home til 4:45AM or so. SO I crashed until after 12pm
I think you should give it another week or so to see if AF comes. It's normal for your cycles to be wacky after BCP.
I didn't take the pill, I took Depo then Nuvaring, and after Nuvaring it took a month or two for my cycle to regulate normally. Ive always been regular so for me being 2-4days off was wierd for me. After the second month I was having regular cycle. Then after my 3rd cycle... I got pg. lol,
Give it up to 6mo. for your cycle to regulate. But again, if AF doesn't come in a week, take another test, and if negative then go see your obgyn.

Thanks ladies! I am patiently waiting and looking "down there" everytime I feel crampy just to see if it's here. Either way, I just wish it would show up! If it doesn't come in another month, I'll get worried. Weird thing is, i'm constantly bloated too. worse than ever!
When I came off BCP - I had one regular cycle and then I had a whopping 49 day cycle, where I thought I was preggo, but it was just my body adjusting to lack of BCP in my system. In the 49 days I had off and on again cramping for two weeks that AF was supposed to be here. You can wait it out and see if AF comes or go to your OB. I waited it out and was anxious the whole time, but it is survivable. Good luck!
It is going to take time for your cycles to adjust. My cycles were off when I first went off bcp- first one owas one time, then one week late, then three weeks late. It is possible that you are pregnant, but it is also very possible that your body is just adjusting to getting off the pill. I would give it another week or 2 to see if AF shows up. If your tests are still negative and you think you are pregnant then you can call your doctor and they can do a blood test that will tell for sure if you are pregnant.
