The congestion and such are relatively common in pregnancy and for many it lasts the entire pregnancy. Hormones can cause the swelling and pressure, and once you give birth these hormones will drop and the pressure and mucous goes back to normal.
Pregnancy can be taxing on the body, especially as you progress further into it. Some more so than others - when pregnant with my daughter I was diagnosed with Hyperemesis and spent the entire 9 months vomiting and unable to eat more than once a day or once every other day. I also became anemic because I couldn't keep the proper vitamins in, and was extremely weak and fatigued. I lost 25+ pounds over the course of my pregnancy and even after she was born my body was still weak and only now almost 17 months after her birth am I finally at a healthy weight again and can eat during the day and not be ill or nauseated.
Just give it time, you're still early on in it and your body is adjusting and changing. It seems like it'll never end (I know when I was pregnant each day seemed like an eternity) but before you know it you'll have your baby with you. It's EXTREMELY important that you eat properly (limit soda consumption to 1 or so a day, chocolate, junk/fast foods, eat plenty of fruits and vegetables, drink plenty of water, and make sure you're taking a prenatal daily) to provide both yourself and baby with what you need.
That's a good way to look at things. Good luck over there; I know it's tough. I'm twice your age (literally) and I still struggle with all the changes to my body with this little one, so hang in there. :)
Me too , I just want to feel normal again but I know its all worth it towards the end for my baby :)
