Well that is what my doctor said, that if it doesn't move up I will have a csection... and I really don't want that so I hope it moves...yeah cramping and back pains could be caused by the placenta...
You can get a csecion if its low? :o.
My son is 40 lbs and I can lift him either :( he's such a mommy boy too. I hope it doesn't stay low.,so I'm guessing all the cramping and uncomfortable ness is from the placenta being low?
Yes, preterm labor can happen with it... yeah my hubby hates the no sex part too... but nothing can be done... hopefully it moves because I don't want a. C section... I think the hardest part for me is not lifting my 17 month old, since she is 29 lb...
I have a low lying placenta as well. My doc just said to watch for bleeding and now I have to get an ultra sound every month. I'm 24 weeks.
ok I get it she told me I couldn't have sex and my boyfriend got sad lol. She also said I could go into preterm labor
Well, my placenta partially covers my cervix and my doctor isn't allowing me to have sex, lift more than 10 lb, and I have to take it easy meaning rest when I can. U can bleed when ur placenta is low...did she tell u that its only low lying or something else? Because it can be low lying not covering cervix, covering the cervix a litlle bit, covering half of. The cervix (that is what I got) and fully covering the cervix... how far are you?
The placenta can be lower down in your uterus, meaning there is a lot of pressure on it since it is below everything else, and therefore, subjected to more pressure.
