Hi, 16weeks pregnant is anyone else having awful dreams? Keep waking up and unable to get back to sleep!
Thank you! Yours sound exactly the same as mine,family deaths etc! Good to hear they will calm down hopfully!
Up until like 25 Weeks I had horrible dreams of hubby leaving me, baby not making it, death of me or family members and car accidents, I think its all the hormones and stress of such a major change. Try to tell yourself before falling asleep about good fun things to try and switch up your bad dreams to good but I know how hard it can be when the dreams seem so real!
