Squats? I have yet to try this technique but i'm going to give it a try..i sway side to side n do plenty of walking every day...
I've heard squats help and dancing and rolling your hips like your spinning a hulahoop on them. Idk though cause I never worried about it with my first two cause I knew I had to have C-Sections and this one just did it on his own.
