Newborn with fever concerned

My cousin just had her daughter at 3:30pm today feb21st and they said her daughter has a fever??!!

Thankyou I appreciate it also she had a very long labor she's been in the hospital since 6 o'clock wednesday night she was supposed to be induced on valentines day but they had no beds but they wanted to get her in ASAP cuz her placenta wasn't giving her baby enough nutrients which caused her daughter not to grow she currently a little over 5lbs nowhere near 6

My first guess is an infection somewhere. I'm sure they'll run a multitude of tests on her and find what's wrong. I pray she be healthy.
