Try aquafor! I may have spelled it wrong. It's white and blue good thick stuff!!!

My left hand gets ashy! I found that it's worse when I don't drink as much water. :)

Mine does the same thing. Try to find some thick lotion you can get equate vitamin e lotion at Walmart. Really helped me out!
