I'm 16 weeks tomorrow and I wanna go get a pedi. Is it OK to do?
Yes safe,but as mentioned there are pressure points that could stimulate contractions. Where ever you go make sure they are experienced with pregnant clients.
Once your around 30 weeks some places don't like to she told me that massaging the spot between your ankle bone and heel can cause contractions so she just painted my toes and avoided rubbing around my ankles :)
Also, shellac lasts 2-3 weeks at a time and doesn't have the strong fumes. I was lucky to find a shellac only salon
It's DEF ok. Just don't do it very often because the fumes can be harmful if you are always breathing them in.
