concern

Hey everyone just wanted to see your thoughts. I'm 10 weeks today and I went to the dr and he was trying to find the heartbeat of the baby. He couldn't find it. He told me not to be alarmed because I have a flipped uterus so in cases like mine sometimes it won't be heard till 11 weeks he rescheduled me an appointment for next week to try again. Should I be concerned? I've already had my first ultrasound at 5 weeks

In uk thy midwife dont check with doppler until u r above 21 weeks.
thy do it after ur 20 weeks scan as its the last one u get... Its very difficult to hear hb so early.... So just relax n wait for ur scan i m sure if ur doc didnt find hb by next week he ll schedule an u/s for u... Take care n keep us posted..

No they couldn't find mine at 9 weeks and my uterus is normal I'm now 5 months and i find out the sex tomorrow. you'll be okay just listen to your Dr and trust him. They had to do a transvaginal ultrasound a week later to find it. its okay sweetie. its still early on so its harder for them to find the heart beat or see it. I'm so small not showing at all, they might have to do another transvaginal to see my baby i wouldn't be surprised if a regular ultrasound didn't work on me every one is different that's why you have to trust your doctor when he says its fine trust me i get horrible pains and think my baby is in danger but its not and its still going strong. i hope it works out for you.
