I went a good week of no food feeling like crap- I wasn't eating enough and frequent- I know the thought of food sounds horrid but just keep eating small meals- I tried all the remedies but none worked- you just have to eat. It really does ease up whether it feels that way- there is a light at the end of the tunnel- keep pushing through momma (:
Small frequent meals. Your upset stomach could also be from no food at all, then filling up too. Try tums before or after a meal. Soup, crackers,toast, and cereal really helped me going. Lemons helped my belly and when I couldn't eat I would suck on hard candy like Jolly ranchers or lemon heads. Make sure your taking the prenatal vitamins as well. Hope you feel better : )
