Yeah, I'd try not to worry b/c like you said, the internet is full of info., however not always 100% accurate....So if you were CD2 when the labs were drawn, it seems like your E2 was right on track......As far as FSH hormone goes......it was in the "good" range, which is great......and keep in mind that IF, by chance, FSH ever poses a problem, you can get injections to help stimulate......
This was done on CD2. The tech said my uterine lining was .8 (I think), which was normal because I just started my period and I still had a lot of "sloughing off" to do. I am nervous now about my FSH. The nurse said they want that number 12.5 or lower. But on a website I read it said my number was "good" but not "excellent" and another site said my number was in the danger zone for my ovaries not to work. I know the internet can be a little too informative on some things. I'm going to try not to worry about it since my Dr. didn't seem to worry. Easier said than done...
I think that your estradiol levels vary depending on where you're at in your cycle.....During your period and when nothing is going on with reproductive organs, less than 50 is normal....so I would say that as long as you were on your period and not near ovulation, 38.7 sounds good.
It increases when your follicles are developing (before ovulation), decreases during ovulation and then pops up again briefly, then back to <50.....
Like I said, it all depends on where you were at in your cycle when the level was drawn.
