My heart feels likes it's working super duper hard sometimes. It makes it really hard to breath. I don't know what to do to help easy it. But if I'm standing up, I have to sit down or I get really light headed. Does this happen to anyone else?
Happens to me all the time esp after I eatt! Almost like I'm having a panic attack can't breath n my heart is beating outta my chest!

Yes. Your body is working harder to create more blood now that youre pregnant. The light handedness is a symptom of that . I am not sure about the heart palpitations I'm experiencing the same thing and im gonna ask my ob at my next appt if its normal. I have a heart murmur that may contribute to it, do you have a pre existing condition??
