Im 26+4 now, I was like that in the beginning, it does ease! But I worked with diff foods to try not to eat so much. It helped me to eat a baked potato with light butter and some kind of protein, like chicken, and drink a big glass of milk. Plus I made sure to start drinking my 64oz of water and it helped me cut down. Other more filling foods that helped through that were hearty soups like split pea and creamy soups with potato. Im 7 Weeks I eat all day,if I dnt I feel this gross feeling all day
i start feelin sick wen i need to eat nd eatin i feel a lil sick fur a few minutes after then im fine... i dnt eat that much tho... i try.. but i eat like 1 or two meals a day nd juss munch on things thruout the day
