baby rash?

I have a six week old baby girl, we have a Dr., appt today, and was hoping for some feed back before then  maybe some tips to tell the doctor, she has a rash on the side of her checks, and I. Her neck line  where her skin in exposed to the air, the rash is really bad at some points, and sometimes it looks like its almost fine, say we put her down for a nap, and she sleeps 3 hrs, its still there  but can't really notice it, but at her baby shower, getting passed around.... I noticed when we got home it was horrible !!! Also when she's really upset, crying, it seems to be worse too . Any input would be great

Talked to doctor, they are red bumps, she said it wa baby acne, and to wash them every day, if We don't bathe her. She also mentioned to use baby powder. But I don't think I want to, I wouldn't want it to irritate it more.

It could just be baby acne. Are they little white bumps? My daughter gets it from laying her head in my or my hubby's shirt or when she is napping on her tummy. Your doctor may just tell you not to put anything on it and hope it goes away. That's what our did
