Eggs are excellent for you but should be fully cooked so there is no bacteria or so you don't get salmonella poisoning. Get eggs over hard. Or t least medium if yyou like them ruñny

Over easy is a no no... They need to have fully cooked yolks and whites. If its runny throw it back on the pan
The whites and yolks must be hard. It is to prevent salmonella which can be very dangerous in pregnancy
They say eggs should be fully cooked but do some research cause I'm not sure it that covers over easyeggs
