Oh man. Same situation im 16 weeks first baby. And my nausea is so bad. Its rare when i go all day without it. Everyone tells me im not eating, n my baby wont be healthy but i cant seem to hold anything even if im hungry it has been terrible. I have lost about 34 pounds now.

I found ice cubes and cold water helped me then when I could eat i just had toast, peppermint tea also and trying to keep myself full so trying to eat as soon as I woke up helped. Im 34 weeks and still get sick every now and again but If I feel like im going to be ill I try to rest and it seems to help.

Lemon head candies, Lollipops for pregnancy (they have ginger in them which helps with nausea) gingerale, sprite, 7 up, none of those have caffeine si they're okay and can help, ice water, crackers, soup, ask your dr for a prescription of Zofran or something for nausea, popsicles, peppermints.

Awe man it was times I wanted to end my pregnancy because I was sick day and night for 13 weeks straight . but just thinking about the second trimester and finding out what I could be having and then holding my baby made me get thru it . I couldn't hold anything down not even water . I had lost 20 lbs but luckily with this pregnancy I didn't have it so severe . but just think its not gonna last and in a few weeks or days it will be all over
