my feet are killing me
Im only a little over 8 weeks....i work 40 hours a week standing.....for two days after about 5 hours i start hurting really bad in my lower back but more in my feet...today after work i went home to lay down but later when i got up feet hurt so bad it was hard to walk...anyone have this at ONLY 8 weeks??? Or is this a possible risk for my baby???
Ill try soaking them...because mmmaaannnn do they hurt....sometimes it almost feels like theyre burning....i hope i dont have this my whole pregnancy i already stay in the bed when at home from fatigue....dont wanna be in this bed allll day!!!
I have the same thing and i sit most of the day...best thing to do is try to make frequent breaks...its not going to hurt the baby just going to cause discomfort for you...try soaking your feet in luke warm water when you get home and epsom salt can help once your feet start swelling.
